When one thinks of Nikkei cuisine, the first thing that usually springs to mind is probably sushi or maki. These specialties stand out on Osaka’s excellent menu, but they aren’t the only stars here, sharing the spotlight with an interesting variety of hot dishes, featuring not only seafood but beef, duck, and pork.
