There was never any doubt that Humberto Sato’s seasoning would include hints of his Japanese roots, embellishing his Criollo dishes with that Eastern touch that took his cuisine to the next level. Thus was born Costanera 700, a place where both countries’ traditions unite in a harmonious and delicate amalgam of flavors, the result of its founder’s experience and deep knowledge. Humberto’s legacy is now carried on by his son, Yaquir Sato. The fruits of the sea have never been so exquisitely prepared for the pleasure of diners’ palates.
