1 Rocco

Rafael Osterling’s highly personal vision of Italian
cuisine has given us Rocco, an Italian trattoria with the chef’s unmistakable, sophisticated touch, which stands out for its artisanal pastas and pizzas, sauces, and desserts. Here, Italian cuisine manifests its true self, elegant in its simplicity, while honoring its much-celebrated family tradition. In Osterling’s words, “There’s a lot of history, contemporaneity, and future to it. All three dimensions.”

demo lima

This space is ruled by a passion for artisanal bread, quality Peruvian coffee, and the most original pastries, all of which have managed to capture the hearts of brunch aficionados. Juan Luis Martínez, the creator of Mérito, and Michelle Sikic have set out on an adventure to offer a variety of pastry options, from crunchy pastries filled with guava jelly and goat cheese from Puno, to arepas and other Venezuelan delicacies, in homage to the Martínez’s origins.

clon

This is the third part of Venezuelan chef Juan Luis Martínez’s culinary trinity, opened after he had already secured his standing with Mérito and won over hearts with Demo, all in the Bohemian district of Barranco. Now he is back with another surprise: Clon, with its offering of auteur dishes: arepas, tiraditos, seafood, desserts, and more. The menu is not only varied; it also stands out for its use of Peruvian ingredients.
