Cooking has enchanted her ever since she can remember, and it soon became her career. It was cooking, too, that led her to find true love, making a formidable professional couple together with Chef Virgilio Martínez. A major presence and pivotal player at the prize-winning restaurant Central, as well as at Mil, Pía has followed her own path at Kjolle, the restaurant where she offers an interesting and highly personal take on cuisine.

Working hand in hand with the Mater Iniciativa, she explores ingredients and scours different regions so that she can creatively combine them in dishes with absolute artistic liberty.
