Isolina – Taberna Peruana

Chef José del Castillo pays tribute to his mother Isolina, traditional home cooking, the flavors of our childhood, and old cookbooks with the recipes of days gone by. Right in the heart of the bohemian neighborhood of Barranco, Isolina’s Peruvian tavern is a meeting spot where guests can share the Criollo traditions of a Lima that refuses to fade away. A celebration of the cuisine that reminds us of the “old bridge, the river, and the tree-line boulevard,” to quote a famous Peruvian song.
