1 Jerónimo

“Neighborhood cooking” is how Jerónimo describes his unique offerings, and not for nothing: it is a fresh, contemporary, and creative cuisine that fuses together the curious spirit with which we explore a new city, and the excitement of returning to our beloved old neighborhood. Influences, recipes, and ingredients from Europe, the Americas, and Asia, rendered in the restaurant’s unmistakable style, with a casual yet trendy vibe.

Delifrance is synonymous with exquisite breads and boulangerie, fine pâtés and terrines made with premium ingredients, charcuterie and European cheeses, and delicacies from the restaurant’s own farm in Oxapampa. This enviable mix is complemented by classic and regional French recipes, making for unmatched results.
