Joseph Ruiz Acosta (Central)

Every person has his own destiny, and Joseph Ruiz’s is undoubtedly intertwined with wine. After studying hospitality management and graduating from IDVIP in Peru, he moved to USA for a while before coming back to do what he is truly passionate about: being a sommelier.

An enthusiastic and dedicated man, Ruiz obtained an outstanding score on the Court of Master Sommeliers exam. After working for Central for several years, he is now ready to take on new challenges on the aromatic path of vintages, vines, and wineries that he has chosen to travel.
