Andrea Salomón’s secret is to add a personal touch to each cocktail, playing with flavors and aromas to give even the classics a twist. A young bartender who has been hard at work for some time now, she currently heads up the bar at Osteria Convivium after spending time at Toshi and Hotel B. Her creativity and talent won her first place at Negroni Week 2018, where she prepared four variations of that classic cocktail. A true star with a style all her own.
