He started out at a well-known supermarket chain, where he discovered that wine paired perfectly with two of his passions: geography and history. Through wine as a “living organism,” he found his destiny. Anthony Quispe Philco has worked at various restaurants, including Huaca Pucllana and Maido. Since June 2021, he has been the sommelier at the distinguished restaurant Troppo, where he works with exclusive Italian wines. At 36 years old, he defines his profession as that of a responsible, passionate communicator who offers guests the best possible options.
